I would like to wish the very best belated Father's Day and happiest of Birthdays to this incredible man. My papa is truly one of a kind. I don't even know where to start with this guy. We both cry every time we think about being separated for 18 months. Let me try to help you understand why...
x. He is a domer. How many 50+ year old Mormon men graduate from the University of Notre Dame, really?
x. He is the founder of the School of Life Foundation, which basically means he gives of all his time and energy to help others
x. I can literally only remember 2 times when my dad has gotten mad at me in my whole life. And I deserved it (I was a bratty child. Hard to believe, I know.) What a sweet man.
x. I have NEVER seen him raise his voice at, speak unkind words to, or argue with my mother. EVER. He treats her with nothing but respect and love. I seriously don't think I know any other person in this world who can say that being 100% honest.
x. He supports me no matter what. I'm a dreamer, like him, and have to try my hand at basically everything. And he's okay with that.
x. He watches chick flicks and America's Got Talent with me.
x. He pumped up the bike tires for me the other day even though it was the middle of his work day, it was 100+ degrees outside, and he was recovering from a double root canal (ouch.)
I could literally go on and on. My Dad is one incredible man and I honestly don't know how I'm going to find anyone to live up to him. Good luck, boys.
xoxo,
your baby girl

I was all ready to say I love ___ picture, but then I looked through all of them and realized that I love them all. Oh my gosh, love. And you are so right, we have the most magnificent dad.
Ditto to what Lyn said!
