Week 20: HALF WAY, HALLELUJAH

Oh- oh! We're Half way there! And you know we're living on a prayer ;) Hahah you better believe we jammed to that song at the breakfast table the day I hit 20 weeks.  Who knew 20 weeks could pass so quickly and slowly all at the same time? I can't believe we're half way but at the same time I feel like I've been pregnant forever!

Size of baby: Little Miss is about as big as a banana.

Movement: Yes! Finally! I feel her every day now and it makes my pregnancy actually feel real. I love it! She's already a chocolate lover like her mama :)
Cravings: Lemonade! I'm definitely starting to get my sweet tooth back.. oh no!
Looking forward to: Meeting our little girl! Now that I've made it half way, I'm starting to see a glimpse of the light at the end of the tunnel (maybe I won't be preggo forever!) and I'm dying to meet my baby girl!! It's pretty crazy how much love I already have for this little one.
Random: Pregnancy hormones are so real. Haha, my emotions are all over the place! I've also started having lower back pain and abdominal cramps, no fun! It will all be worth it though, right?? :) One more thing! Someone asked me when I was due this week! And I had just met her and hadn't said anything about being pregnant! I guess that means I've officially got a bump (and not just a chubby tum), right? :)

Best moment of the week: Registering!! For date night, we registered at Target and really went to town :) I think we both realized that we're actually going to get to hold this little miss in our arms in just a few months and it really amped up the nerves/excitement :) We also may have gone shopping for her ourselves this week.... a few times hahah :) She is spoiled aleady!

"Motherhood is the greatest potential influence either for good or ill in human life. The mother's image is the first that stamps itself on the unwritten page of the young child's mind. It is her caress that first awakens a sense of security, her kiss, the first realization of affection; her sympathy and tenderness, the first assurance that there is love in the world."
