Creepin.

So a couple nights ago I basically had the scariest experience of my life. Not even kidding. Here's what went down: I got home late and went to bed. I had just fallen asleep, it was about 1 in the morning, when my dog started going insane (barking like you wouldn't believe). This isn't uncommon, so I didn't think anything of it, just waited for my dad to let her outside. I heard someone coming down the stairs, so I figured he'd come down to let her out. But the person didn't go to the door they went to the room across the hall from me and my dog was still going crazy. At this point I'm thinking there is a chance this is a burglar. So naturally I start freaking out. I don't want to stay in my bed and just wait for them to come murder me, so I sneak upstairs where I hear ANOTHER intruder. I wait for him to go into the bathroom then I sneak into our front room, heart pounding out of my chest. I look at the front window and see two motorcycles parked out front. (keep in mind my dog is still going crazy this whole time) This confirms to me there are bad people in my house. I have my phone, I'm dialing 911 while making a mad dash to the front door for the neighbors when it hits me my cousin was possibly staying with us that night. I run to my parents room, praying I won't find them dead, and jump into their bed practically bawling. Don't worry, they were alive, and the murderers were in fact my cousins (who by the way are two very large 6+ feet men). My mom starts laughing like crazy at me and I'm just sitting there shaking, adrenaline rushing, crying. It was pretty intense. I think I watch way too many crime scene shows. So anyway, I'm alive and well, but I've been having nightmares every night since. cool.

Too bad these manly men weren't around to back me up.
