Cirque Du Sadies

Last Saturday was Sadies and I went with the cutest boy in the whole school. Or at least I think so :) Here's what went down: 

We had this brilliant idea to go sledding. Fun right? We thought so. So we packed up our snow gear and sleds and headed up to Pine Valley. Things weren't looking too promising on the way up there, but we kept hoping there would be snow just around the corner. No such luck. There was not even a flake of snow to be found in the valley. So, we turned around and drove back to town. Not having a back up plan, we headed to Denny's to get a bite to eat and make a plan. Well, we ended up hanging out at Courtney's house for a while. Ha. Our poor dates. We met back up at the carousel for pictures then headed to Texas Roadhouse for dinner! I think that compensated for the pathetic day date. After din we headed to my house to finish up our super ghetto (but super cheap) jackets then headed to the dance in style. The dance was up at the old airport and was pretty fun. After dancing the night away we headed back to my house to watch 10 Things I Hate About You. We were all exhausted and I'm pretty sure I slept through at least half the movie (Blake and I went to the Twilight premier Thursday night then headed to the school at 6 the next morning for assembly practice because we were on royalty, holy cow were we tired). Tay and Drake left around 1 but me and Blake were too tired to move yet so we hung out, half asleep, for a couple more hours until I finally took him home at about 3. All in all it was a great day and I had the best date ever!
