Anyway, a huge chapter of my life is coming to a close. Yesterday was my last Friday in high school, ever. Only 1 final and 3 short school days to go! It's surreal. Everyone is talking about living in the moment and not wasting the present by always thinking about the future, but sometimes that is REALLY hard. Leaving high school is definitely bittersweet, but I am so ready to move on to the next chapter of my life. I can't help but think about having my very own apartment at Alpine Village with Tiana and going to BYU! (so much for being a homebody, right?)
The thing that has really been occupying my thoughts, though, which is not good, is my long term future. All I want to do is get married and move to the countryside. If I ever have to live in a big city I just might die. Don't worry, though, I have lots of big plans I want to accomplish before I really get married. I am NOT going to BYU for my Mrs. degree, but it still finds its way into my thoughts. And I'm okay with that.
Sorry for this super random, all over the place post. It's a sentimental morning (my last weekend in high school) and this is the closest thing I have to a journal.
Here's to wishful thinking!

love your senior pics, and your pageant pics. And wow, talk about a dream home. If you get that home and move to the countryside, can I come live next door?
